Using our services

You agree to use PixelAxis services lawfully and provide accurate information when creating accounts, purchasing products, opening support tickets, or requesting project work.

Respectful communication

Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, threats, hate speech, intimidation, discriminatory language, sexually explicit abuse, or hostile conduct toward PixelAxis staff, contractors, customers, or community members may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to our services, support, accounts, projects, and communication channels.

Child safety and prohibited content

You may not use our services to create, request, host, share, promote, or support content or activity that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, targets, or harms children. We may suspend services, preserve evidence, remove content, and report suspected child exploitation or imminent harm to appropriate authorities.

Projects and deliverables

Project scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and revisions are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Marketplace products

Digital products may include license-specific terms from PixelAxis or third-party marketplaces such as Envato. You are responsible for following the license attached to each purchase.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms are shown at checkout or on the invoice. Refund eligibility depends on the product, service stage, and applicable marketplace or project agreement terms.

Limitations

We work carefully, but PixelAxis is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages beyond the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate services at our discretion for policy violations, abusive conduct, unsafe requests, non-payment, fraud, security risk, illegal activity, or behavior that creates risk for PixelAxis, our team, our users, or third parties.
