Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital products, templates, source files, licenses, downloads, and access-based purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted, files are downloaded, or license information is delivered.

Custom services

Custom design, development, branding, consulting, setup, support, and customization work is billed for reserved time, planning, and completed effort.

  • Once a milestone is finished, that milestone is non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, we calculate the completed work up to the cancellation point and deduct that amount from any eligible balance.
  • A 15% transaction and administrative fee is deducted from any approved refund or remaining eligible balance.
  • Approved refunds can take up to 45 days to process, depending on payment provider, banking, and administrative timelines.
  • Discovery, consultation, setup, planning, research, project management, communication time, and third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.
  • Rush fees, deployment work, server setup, integrations, and custom revisions are non-refundable once started.

Before you purchase

You are responsible for reviewing product details, compatibility, requirements, scope, pricing, and license terms before placing an order. Questions should be sent before purchase so we can clarify fit and expectations.

Technical issues

If a product has a verified technical defect, we will first try to repair, replace, update, or guide you through the issue. A refund is not available when the item works as described or the issue is caused by hosting, third-party services, custom modifications, unsupported environments, or user configuration.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of technical knowledge, missing third-party software, delayed responses from you, unused services, downloaded files, completed work, abusive conduct, account or service suspension caused by policy violations, or purchases made outside our direct control such as third-party marketplace transactions.

Discretion and legal rights

Any refund, credit, or courtesy adjustment is offered at our sole discretion unless required by applicable law or a written agreement signed by PixelAxis. Approved refunds may exclude processing fees, third-party charges, completed work, and non-recoverable costs.
